Refunds and payments.
How paying works, and what to do if something is not right.

How paying works
You pay once, with Paystack, on its own secure page: by card, bank transfer, USSD or mobile money, depending on your country. Cadre never sees or stores your card or bank details. Access starts the moment Paystack confirms the payment, and your orders are listed in Payments, on your own page.
Currencies
Prices are shown in the currencies of Africa first and then in US dollars, and you choose which to see. A currency can be paid in once a Paystack account that takes it is connected; until then its button says it is opening soon, and the prices are there so you can plan. See Pricing.
If something went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and your access did not unlock, write to support@example.com with the payment reference (it begins with cadre_ and is on Paystack's receipt, and we can find it from your order). We will put it right.
Refunds
Most programs have free preview lessons, so you can see how one works before you pay. If you still want a refund, write to us with your payment reference and a sentence about why. We read every request, and we tell you our decision and the reason. A refund goes back the way you paid, through Paystack, in the currency you paid in.
Packs of messages
A pack's messages are yours for the time shown when you buy it, used or not, and they are used after your monthly messages. Messages that have already been used are not refunded.
Prices
A change of price applies to future orders. What you have already paid for keeps the price you paid.
